Madama Butterfly at the Mahaffey Theater at the Progress Energy Center in St Petersburg

Sarasota Opera will team up with The Florida Orchestra to present two performances of Madama Butterfly at the newly renovated Mahaffey Theater. Featuring the same cast and production as the Sarasota performances, this will be a reunion with The Florida Orchestra, which served as the orchestra for Sarasota Opera from 1984 to 1990.
