A Book of Writings and Drawing from Inside the Yoga Practice

Inside Yoga: First Years' Journey is a completed book, but is not yet published. It contains 80 writings and 80 drawings that emerged into consciousness while practicing yoga poses, or more often, in the spaces between poses, "the in-between times" resting, breathing and listening inside.

Lately I have been performing special concerts that integrate original music for the Double Bass, yoga poses, recitations of writings from the book and displays of the artwork also from the book.
