The displayed works exemplify the ideals the school has followed and the direction it is heading. The works range from first year students (Design I, II, III) to upper design students (Design A, B, C), and final year students (Design D, Thesis). Each project represents SACD as an educator in research, progress, imagination, and most importantly innovation of architectural design. The school has received awards including the best Florida Architectural School of the Year 2003 by the Florida Board of Architecture and Interior Design as well as the American Institute of Architects since 2001.
