| Wearable Art Fashion Takes Center Stage at DFAC
The gallery becomes a runway and the runway becomes a gallery as the Dunedin Fine Art Center hosts its first ever Wearable Art Fashion Show. The show represents a unique opportunity for fashion enthusiasts to catch a glimpse of, or better yet, carry away the works of emerging Tampa Bay area designers. Included will be cutting edge designers of dresses, jewelry, hand bags, and accessories. Chocolate sampling, Wine tasting, music and an auction of artist created ties and t-shirts round out what is sure to be a festive and exciting evening at the Art Center. The evening gets under way at 7:00 p.m., Friday the 29th of July, with the runaway show starting at 8:30. You needn?t end the night early, as an afterglow party at a local club wraps up the event. The Dunedin Fine Art Center is located at 1143 Michigan Blvd. in delightfully different Dunedin. Proceeds from the $10 admission will support educational programs for all ages at DFAC.
